I called them to come over and just check my water because I was having a system put in by a plumber. the next week The salesman George (what a *** artist he was good) talked me out of it. saying plumbers don't know anything about water systems. I was going to pay $1,800 from my plumber ( I have him on tape)He told me I do not need a water softener So I believed him signed the papers now I am paying$4,644 for the same system. And he had a water softener put in. People like this should be put in jail.

OK, so you have the Owner of Florida Water Analysis here. I looked up the file for this customer, and he paid $3990, not $4644, and not only received a Metered Water Conditioner with Catalytic Carbon, he also received a 5 stage Reverse Osmosis System - both with a limited lifetime warranty.

I am one for facts, not stretched truths or conjecture. So here are the facts as I see them:

Fact #1: The customer who has made this complaint has been serviced within the 1 year offer (we come back every year, no obligation to pay for any further service, but it is recommended to change the RO filters every year).

Fact #2: The customer agreed to us coming to his home to both test the water, but also to install, and service every year, the equipment he signed for (serviced already once).

Fact #3: In almost all cases, the equipment you buy online is not the same quality as what we sell to our clients. In every case it doesn't come with installation, or annual service, or a lifetime warranty.

Fact #4: We are not the highest price full service company out there. We offer an apples to apples price match guarantee.

It states that if you can find another full service company that can give you the same quality item, with the same lifetime warranty for less, we will refund the difference, plus an additional 10% just as a good faith measure. You have 30 days after you sign the papers to do this, and I encourage you to shop around if you are looking for full service. If you can do things yourself, just remember who is covering your losses in the case that the cheaper equipment leaks in your home.

Fact #5: We have a $2 million Liability Insurance policy for anything involving our installation and equipment. Fact #6: All of our workers doing installation and service work are employees covered by this policy and also by workers compensation in the event their is an injury or accident.

Fact #7: It costs more money than any one of you reading this can imagine, unless you have been in business for yourself and have had the cost of buildings, trucks, employees, phones, advertisement, insurance, workers compensation, mortgages, warranty coverages, employee vacations and bonuses, and about 100 other business expenses that I won't bore you with. And contrary to common believe, full service business owners actually have to pay their own personal bills like mortgages, birthday gifts, insurance, car payments, yadda yadda yadda. I have been in business for a long time, and the list of expenses keeps on going, while the profit margins keep shrinking. Taxes, penalties, audits (which require accountants and lawyers sometimes) - to stay in business and serve customers and keep a good reputation with everyone has become almost impossible.

But we try. We do everything we can to both stay in business so that we may continue to serve our thousands of customers, but to also provide for the employees and their families. Trust me when I say that there is a tiny population of people that have the ability to run a successful business. It isn't easy.

We are here for the long haul, so if you need anything, call us. We are here to help.

(888)-95-WATER. Sincerely, Geno Yauchler, Owner & Provider of employment for people, many just like you.

$4600 is about the going rate for a water softener. A plumber installs a system and goodbye, you never see them again.

A water company comes out every year and inspects the systems to make sure they work properly. The system the plumber was going to sell you was probably a builder grade system. Water companies mostly sell commercial grade units. They look very similar.

A Rainsoft or Culligan system would cost you over $6,000. You didn't get ripped off at all. I did in home sales for a long time and everyone has a "friend" that got a better deal and knows someone that did.

Believe me, you got a decent deal. You could buy a home depot do it your self model cheaper but remember.....Cheap isn't good and Good isn't Cheap!

You are most likely *** or you work with them. The other system has a regenerating machine that cleans the carbon filter so you do not need anyone to over charge you for there scamming prices.

If you go on E Bay you can buy the filters for $21.

To keep my warranty witch is worth *** I have to spend $90 and who knows what more they will charge you. And go look at the warranty its worth ***
