Scare tactics used by your salesman Sean. He was flirty with me and my daughter.

First thing he dies is tell me i have bacteria on kitchen faucet. Then he proceeds to test water fgor metals. And omg my readings are sky high. He compares them to his sample from home.

He asked if there were any children in the home. Yes there is. He said " I wouldn't have children drink this water." I think that was the clincher and of course he could have it installed today. This was the end of september 2017.

It took 4 1/2 hours to install this huge equipment in my garage. He also stated that water softener pellets and chlorine should last 3 months since there were 2 adults and 1 child in the household. NOT True. Needed more pellets 3 weeks later.

Then the chlorinator was way low and i called sean to see what i need to buy. He told me bleach. That didn't sound right so i called FWA and their technical advisor didn't know either. While i pondered this dilemma, i woke up to a flood in my garage.

Got that fixed at no charge, but i still do not know what kind of chlorine i need to buy. Because it is low again 2 months later from installation. You can cancell my service contract to have someone drive here to fill it up.

I just need to know what to buy. I should have done some research before getting sucked into an $8,000 system that was based on lies and deception.

Reason of review: Not as described/ advertised.

Lesly, please call our office if you need service. Posting on this web site only fuels fire that can't be put out.

Our number is 888-959-2837. Calling this and asking for service will get you the results you need. Posting on this site will go nowhere. As I stated previously, I search the web for issues to make sure our customers or sometimes non-customers are happy with us.

When I have a problem, I usually call the company I bought it from, especially if it is a free fix as you correctly stated. We await your call.

I'm surprised that you commented 3 months later. I never personally got your response.

As usual I continue to have problems with this system. Again another water leak. I called today 5/17/18 and have to wait till Tuesday for a service manager to assess the problem. Personally I would like the system removed.

You could resell it and maybe I could cancel the loan.

Which by the way, negotiating a monthly payment of $100 with Sean is a joke when you have an 8% interest which is $50. I've been paying $246 a month for equipment that doesn't function properly.

This customer is correct.

We never received anything on this, I had to find it on my own by googling my company name and looking for problems to solve...What other company does that?

Your complaint doesn't seem to be clear. You state that you spent $8000, and that you are on a well (we don't need to add chlorine or bleach as you say to tap water as it has plenty already).

I am guessing you have well water that has some issues and that is why you had a well system installed? If that is the case (we have no idea who you are, so pretty tuff to guess), you most likely have quite a bit of equipment installed in your home. Most people add salt to their water softeners and pour the chlorine bleach in themselves, and we send instructions on how to operate this right after the installation. Pretty simple, mix three gallons of 10% bleach to 30 gallons of water.

If you are going through a complete salt tank that holds 200 pounds of salt in three weeks, there is definitely something wrong. You need someone to set it correctly. If you still need service, feel free to call us right away at 888-959-2837.

Press 3 for service.

Hope it is all working by now,

No it's not. Dusty is coming on Tuesday since it is a holiday weekend.

I'm writing you a letter. I'll call you, but you are never there.

The only thing that will make me happy is to remove this equipment and cancel the loan. Why don't you call me, my number is in my file or get it from Dusty.

What number are you calling? We have 6 people in the office every day Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm.

Are you leaving messages? Have you sent any emails? Our web site also has lots of infomation on it- www.floridawateranalysis.comI don't get messages from this site so again I'm telling anyone who reads this, I'm having to comb the internet to see who has issues, and try to figure out who they are.

Call, and if nobody answers right away, leave a detailed message with a good phone number so we can get back to you if we happen to be on the phone with another customer when you call. We really do want all customers happy.

On 5-31-2018 our technician Joe did return to the home and fix the water leak and the issues have been resolved and Ms. Smith has all of our information to get a hold of us 24 hours a day/7 days a week if necessary. As of now the issues have all been resolved and I just spoke to the customer and it is all still good!
